We believe the cows are an important part of any breeding program, however the bull is 50% of every calf born and any given cow only contributes 1 calf per year. For this reason, we invest in our bulls and believe this can be seen in our calves. We look for larger bones and beefier builds, as well as gentle dispositions in our calves, while still adhering to the height requirements of the breed. We want naturally shorter legs and deep, thick bodies. Below you will find a few of Neo's progeny

Abigail pictured at 7 months old. Neo's calves are consistently larger and beefy. Abigail now resides in VA.

Pictured here at just under 3 weeks, you can see the similarities to Abigail. We like this cross so much, we decided to keep Bonnie for future breeding to Ned. She is black, carries red and dun.

Penny, shown with her dam, now resides in VA with Abigail.

Pictured around 4 months old, Olive Ann is staying here to enhance our breeding program with Ned. She is homozygous black dun, A2 milk, and heterogenous polled.

Pictured around 3 months old, Titan is showing nice qualities needed for a future herd sire. He will be leaving our farm in August, but remains in TN.
