There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn about Dexter cows for sale. This year, we have 2 Dexter cow and calf pairs for sale.  We also have a beautiful polled red cow available.  We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line if you have any questions.

GAF Lady Lea 01/19/23 ADCA 053440 PHA & Chondro Negative

Lea is red, polled, and A2/B milk.  According to UC Davis - "The B variant is associated with increased casein and fat content and is favorable for cheese production."  She is not halter trained but follows you (especially if you have a feed bucket) anywhere.  She is very friendly to people and top of the herd in pecking order.  Her breeding is heavy Belle Fourche and Mrald.  She is on the large side - estimated around 750 lbs at 2 years old.  She has a beautiful udder and should make a good milk cow.  She is a good mother and will allow other calves to suck as well.  She has been exposed to our dun bull for an April 2026 calf.

Sadie is no longer available.  Abigail is available upon weaning.





Mossy Valley Farm's Abigail 04/08/24 ADCA registration pending

Abigail is homozygous black, carries dun, A2/B milk casein and polled. She is PHA and Chondro negative obligate.  She is a lovely, confident girl.  Pretty head and headset.  She will be for sale upon weaning (around Oct/Nov) $700 at weaning with additional $100/month of age after weaning.

GAF Mirabelle 03/31/23 ADCA 053439 PHA & Chondro Negative

Mirabelle is heavily Belle Fourche bred.  She is black, polled, A2/B casein.  She has a little bit of white on her udder.  We estimate her weight to be around 750 lbs at 2 years old.  She is a good mother and allows other calves to suck as well.  She is loving and easy going in the herd and to people.  Mirabelle is a proven breeder - easy to breed and calves without difficulty.  She has a 2025 heifer calf by her side currently and has been exposed to our dun bull for an April 2026 calf.  She is not halter trained; however, she is food motivated and will follow you anywhere.

Alba 04/26/24 ADCA Registration Pending PHA & Chondro Obligate

Alba is black, carries dun, and polled.  Energetic and curious, she and Abigail are always seen together exploring their surroundings.  Her breeding combines heavy Belle Fourche on dam's side and Plum Creek on her sire's side.  We plan to wean her early November.  $700 at weaning - additional $100/month after that.
