Terms and Conditions


  • Mossy Valley Farm will transfer registrations via the ADCA to our clients upon payment/delivery.
  • If you are new to the ADCA, registration of an animal provides a year's membership in the association.  
  • Every effort has been made to honestly portray our animals at the time of sale.  
  • We are not responsible for any animal once it leaves our property.
  • Testing results, if any, will be provided to our clients at the time of sale.  
  • If you are purchasing a bred cow/heifer, we cannot guarantee a live calf.  We only guarantee the cow has been bred by our bull.   

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business [live animals] - all sales are final - payment is due upon pickup. 


In the event you submitted a hold deposit, but the animal dies before you take possession, your deposit will be refunded.  We typically do not take deposits to hold any animal.
