We call him Neo and he has grown up on our farm. He is a lovely dark chocolate dun color. He is coming 3 years old, homozygous black, A2 milk, and hetero polled. He is the full package - conformation, attitude, and respect. His progenies to date have ranged between 38-53 lbs at birth and grow into nice sized animals with good confirmation and dispositions. Neo is a large bull, so we do not utilize him on our heifers.

We plan to breed Ned to our heifers this year and any of Neo's offspring. He is dun, carries red, homozygous polled, A2 milk, chondro and PHA free. He is young right now, but you can still see how nicely he is conformed and he has a gentle, sweet disposition that we love. He is the perfect size for our younger girls this year and his offspring can eventually be bred back to Neo.

Hazel is a medium light dun Dexter cow (carries black and wild red) and had a March 2026 dun bull calf. This is a great cross that yields a large, healthy, well conformed calf. She is polled and A2 beta casein. She is very gentle and friendly - very "in your pocket." PHA and Chondro negative.

Mazie is a more chocolate brown colored dun. She is homozygous polled, A2 beta casein, Chondro and PHA negative. She was slow to mature but has finally come into her own. She is friendly and nicely conformed.

Sadie is a beautiful black carries red, homozygous polled, A2/B proven cow. She is basically a pet - extremely easy to handle. Easy keeper, middle of the road in herd pecking order. She calves easily and has given us 2 heifer calves to date. PHA and Chondro negative

Ellie is a year old, and we like what we see so far. She is Chondro and PHA negative obligate. She is hetero polled, dun carrying black and wild red, and A2 milk. She is very sweet and, in your pocket, which makes her fun to have around the farm.

We have a new arrival to our farm. She is a yearling, hetero polled, A2 milk. We really like her breeding - she is much like Sadie. We get such nice calves from a Sadie/Neo cross, we know this heifer and Neo (or Ned) will not disappoint in the future. These heifers mature slowly into excellent examples of the Dexter breed. We are sure this heifer will be no exception.

2025 calf out of Olive - Olive Ann is homozygous black dun, A2 milk, Chondro and PHA negative - all obligate. She is heterogenous polled. She only weighed 38 lbs at birth, but at just under 6 months old she is on par in size to Country Girl. She has Neo's pretty head and a very nice balanced look overall.
She is almost 5 months old in this picture.

2026 calf out of Sadie - Bonnie is black carrying dun and red, Chondro and PHA negative. She is heterogenous polled and A2/B milk. We will more than likely keep her for future breeding. She was a whopping 53.1 lbs at birth and it looks like she is going to be a big girl when she grows up.
She is 2.5 months old in this picture.
